As we are based in North London we can provide you with a private courier. You can enjoy a service that we believe cannot be beaten on security and reliability. We can send something by Specific Time Delivery (breakfast, lunch, dinner or midnight!), Same Day Delivery, Weekend delivery, Special Delivery before 12.00pm or Special Delivery Next Day and checked by phone.
All our private courriers will have a Signed Form to give you the confidence and reassurance of having your parcel signed for on delivery, just about anywhere in London. It's a relatively low price to pay for peace of mind!

Any transaction made on this site is completely private and secure. We use  the strongest commercially available level of encryption, 128-bit Secure Socket Layers (SSL). This ensures that your details cannot be accessed by any unauthorised person. Look for the yellow padlock in the bottom right of your browser as you enter the payment section of our site. 
 
Please note that all gift baskets must be paid for prior to despatch. You can pay by either American Express, Visa - MasterCard, Delta, Debit Card, or Switch. We are unable to accept Diners Club cards.

 

 
Delivery
For mainland UK deliveries the cost of delivery is included in the price of 
your gift VaVaVoom Gifts will despatch to any address in the UK mainland within 24 hours of receiving an order. We guarantee next day delivery for all orders within the mainland UK received prior to 13.00 hours (weekdays). Saturday and Sunday delivery is possible at an extra charge of £15.00 - £30.00.
 
Please note that it is essential that you provide us with a delivery address, 
with full postcode, where someone will be able to sign for safe receipt of your gift. Delivery will be made either by courier, DHL or Parcel Force depending on which is most appropriate.
 

 
To mantain our gifts at the lowest price we use Royal mail for parcels under 2kg. The delivery is 95% guaranteed within 24 hours. However, occasionally it will take 48 hours. This service is free.
Recorded Signed delivery: Recorded items guaranteed by the next working day. This service costs an extra £15.00.
Please note that Special Delivery items cannot be guaranteed for delivery on Saturdays or Sundays.

 

 
We will use Parcel Force 24 hours delivery service at the cost of £12.00

Overseas

 
If the parcel is under 2kg. The cost will be £14.00 and it will take around 7 working days to deliver. However, for a faster, secure and reliable delivery we will use Parcel Force or DHL at a higher cost depending on how heavy it is and where the parcel is going to.
If the parcel is over 2kg. We will notify you prior to sending it.

To send wine gift outside the UK mainland, including the Channel Islands

We want you to come back! If you are in any way unhappy with your wine gift  please let us know within 48 hours and we will either refund or replace faulty goods. Please contact us by E-mail or on +44 (0) 208 3402405. between 9a.m. and 7p.m UK time. Please note that we are only able to refund or replace goods that are damaged or inedible and that are returned to Wine Champagne London. Please keep proof of postage of any goods that you return to us so that we are able to make a refund to you where appropriate.
